What are the rates?
Are the life jackets included in the price?
Yes, the life jackets are included in the rate and are mandatory at all times on the park.
Do you have group rates?
Yes, we have group packages available for groups of 20 or more! A reservation is mandatory for this type of group. Please contact us at [email protected] for rates and to make your reservation.
What’s the minimum age?
The minimum age is 6 years old and the height required is 1.10 m (3.6 ft). Children of 6 to 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult on the structure. Children 5 and under are not admitted in the park.
What happens if it rains?
We are open even if there’s rain, but we close down the park when there’s lightning and thunderstorms. The team at one of our locations will inform you of the risks of thunderstorms. We cannot refund in that case.
What’s the capacity of the park?
The maximum capacity at Oka is 105 people and 90 people at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
Is there any surveillance?
Yes, there’s always 3 lifeguards (Oka) or 2 lifeguards (Parc Jean-Drapeau) watching the park.
Is there motorized sports nearby?
No, there’s a perimeter of buoys circling the Aquazilla zone, and no watercraft are allowed near this perimeter.
Can the parent go with the child on the park?
Yes, the parent can go and must accompany any children of 6 to 8 years old. The parent must pay to go on the park.
Is alcohol permitted on the park?
No, we have a zero tolerance policy on alcohol consumption. Anyone who is intoxicated will be denied access to the park.
Are there any quieter periods?
Early mornings at the opening or in the late afternoon (5 p.m.) are generally quieter.
Do I need to make a reservation?
A reservation is not necessary. However, it is possible to book your ticket online. It is important to also reserve a place at the beach where you have chosen to do the activity. You will find all necessary information on our rates page.
Are there any departure times?
There are no specific starting times. Your activity begins when you are given your admission bracelet on site.
